Order Custom Patches

We are here to help you with our many years of patch making experience. Should you have any question that requires an immediate response, don’t hesitate to contact us by telephone at (9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern time) to order custom patches. We are always here to help in any way possible.

Step 1: Free Quote

First, fill out our short Free Quote form. Next, submit a copy of your artwork, your desired patch size, and the quantity of patches. We’ll respond in less than one business day and frequently within the hour.

Step 2: Written Confirmation

You’ll get a written confirmation of your order (either via fax or via email), then we ask that you provide us with your credit card information for billing. (On orders of less than $1,000, nothing is charged to your credit card until we actually ship your custom patches.)

Step 3: Sample

After you order custom patches, we will create a physical sample of your patch and send you an e-mail scan so that you will know exactly how it will look. If any changes are necessary, we’ll revise the design. In the unlikely event that you choose not to go forward with the order, there will be a $50 cancellation charge after the sample has been made.

Step 4: Patch Shipment

After you approve the scan, we will manufacture your embroidered patches and ship them to you from our Pennsylvania facility.
