Embroidery Coverage Pricing
Our custom patches pricing is based on the amount of embroidery that covers the patch. We commonly create embroidered patches with 50% coverage, 75% coverage, and 100% coverage. Find out how much yours requires or give us a call and we can help you determine it.

Price includes up to eight standard embroidery colors.
- On the rare occasion that your job requires more than eight colors, each additional color is 8 cents per color.
- For example, 10 colors would cost an additional 16 cents per piece over the base price.
- For metallic threads, add 20% to the base price per patch.
Dye Sublimation Prices
We realize that some patches require a large amount of detail, which is why we offer a technique called dye sublimation. Embroidered and woven patches use thread; some intricate designs can’t be created as clearly as we’d like. With our dye sublimation technique, we use special dyes that bond to fabric molecules, which means we can create detailed printed patches that are nearly photographic in quality. Custom patches pricing provided on an individual basis and will be completed upon request.

To determine patch size add the maximum length of the patch to the maximum height and divide by two and round up to the nearest half an inch.
