Step 1

Free Quote

Fill out our short Free Quote form or feel free to call us directly. All we need is a copy of your artwork, your desired patch size, and the quantity of patches to get started. We’ll respond in less than one business day and frequently within the hour.

Step 2

Written Confirmation

You’ll get a written confirmation of your order (either via fax or via email), then we ask that you provide us with your credit card information for billing. (On orders of less than $1,000, nothing is charged to your credit card until we actually ship your patches.)

Step 3

Sample

We’ll create a physical sample of your patch and send you an e-mail scan so that you will know exactly how it will look. If any changes are necessary, we’ll revise the design. In the unlikely event that you choose not to go forward with the order, there will be a $50 cancellation charge after the sample has been made.

Patch Shipment

After you approve the scan, we will manufacture your patches and ship them to you from our Pennsylvania facility.
