How to Order

We want to make your ordering process as quick and easy as possible with all of our patches. The easiest way to get started is to simply fill out the free quote form and we will get back to you with a quote in less than one business day. We will then provide you with a quote specific to your needs, and answer any questions and make suggestions. We are always just a telephone call away if you need an immediate response.

Pricing

Step 1: Embroidery Coverage

Check our embroidery coverage chart to estimate the approximate embroidery percentage. We reserve the right to determine the exact coverage.

Step 2: Patch Size

To determine the size, ADD the maximum height and width (in inches) of the finished patch and DIVIDE by 2. For example, a patch that is 3 inches high and 5 inches wide would be (3" + 5") / 2 = 4". For circular patches the diameter is the size. Please make sure to round all fractional sizes up to the next half inch.

Step 3: Price Chart

Check the price chart for patch sizes from 2" to 7" in quantities from 50 to 5,000 to determine your cost per patch. For larger patches or quantities greater than 5,000, please call us at 800-462-1392 or contact us for a quote.

Step 4: Additional Features

Check out the chart at the bottom of this page for information about our optional backing or metallic threads.

* Price includes up to eight standard embroidery colors. On the rare occasion that your job requires more than eight colors, each additional color is 8 cents per color. For example, 10 colors would cost an additional 16 cents per piece over the base price. For metallic threads, add 20% to the base price per patch.

Ordering

Step 1: Free Quote

Fill out our easy-to-use free quote form or call us at 800-482-1392. All we need is a copy of the artwork, patch size and the quantity to get started and we will respond in less than 1 business day.

Step 2: Written Confirmation

We provide you with a written confirmation by fax or e-mail and request that you then provide us with your credit card information for billing. (On orders of less than $1,000, nothing is charged to your credit card until we actually ship your patches.)

Step 3: Actual Sample

We will manufacture a physical sample and send you an e-mail scan so that you will know exactly how your patch will look. If necessary, we will revise the design to better fit your specifications. In the unlikely event you choose not to go forward, there will be a $50 cancellation charge after the sample has been made.
